Yale Markus, J.D.
Yale Markus was born in Newark in 1967, and raised in West Orange, NJ. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 at Monmouth University in West Long Branch. In 1993, he graduated Nova University Law School, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Before studying law, he was a paramedic at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston.
Our office locations include Boca Raton, Florida, and Princeton, Morristown, Newark, Red Bank, Medford, Jackson, Toms River, Cherry Hill and Haddonfield, New Jersey. Maria Markus, M.D.
In 2001, Yale Markus’ wife, Maria Markus, M.D., a Florida, New Jersey and New York licensed doctor joined our office and assists on medical malpractice and personal harm lawsuits as our staff physician. She reviews every health facility or doctor harm cases for interpretation and consultation.
Dr. Markus helps with lawsuit screening, patient chart case review, analysis of health mistakes or errors, damages, medical research, and trial support for our legal team. Our doctor helps answer client questions and offers healthcare help and advice on each potential claim.
Sidney Adler, M.D.
Dr. Sidney Adler joined our group in 2005, and in in addition to Dr. Markus, he assists with review of cases for injuries involving health care providers. He assists Yale Markus in screening claims to provide his expert opinion as to the existence of healthcare provider negligence.
